Despite a few minor issues like the room not being ready upon arrival and lacking a balcony, my stay was still enjoyable at this hotel. The staff was friendly and respectful, the location was convenient, and the dining experience offered a good variety of dishes.
The hotel rooms are spotless and well-appointed, with a nice gym and lovely pool. However, the room size might not justify the price, and there were issues with excess condensation during showers triggering moisture alarms on electronic devices.

The location is convenient for accessing amenities around Pattaya, with shops, restaurants, and a local food market nearby. However, transportation off the island was impacted by flight cancellations during my stay.
The hotel really went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable, despite some minor cleanliness issues in the rooms. Overall, it was a lovely experience with a convenient location for exploring Pattaya.
